THE PUSH UP

This is another favorite of mine. Talk about recruiting lots of muscles at the same time. This will do it - and you don’t need any equipment at all – no excuses. You can do a series of pushups anywhere. Start standing and push off a wall. Then progress to the floor on your knees. Then full pushups on your toes.
